*How do unlimited requests and revisions work?
Unlimited requests and revisions apply to all tasks that are not related to production, such as ideation, concepting, consulting, or management tasks. This includes activities like concept development, strategy, and creative iterations across all three categories: Campaign, Social Media, or Experiences. You can submit and refine these tasks as many times as needed until you’re fully satisfied.
Production-related services, including photoshoots, video productions, and event productions, are billed separately as add-ons. These services are not covered under the unlimited requests and revisions policy.

How do I add and manage tasks and requests?
We aim to simplify the process for both you and us. That's why we recommend having weekly sprint planning meetings. This allows us to keep track of progress, address any needs, and ensure that everything ALIGNS with your preferences.
When it comes to requesting TASKS AFTER SUBSCRIBING We will invite you to Asana or the project management tool of your choice. However, if you have other preferred methods, feel free to share your ideas through Google Docs, wireframes, or even by recording a brief Loom video for those who find it more convenient than written instructions.

How can I cancel my subscription?
You can use our subscription for as long as you’d like and can cancel anytime. There are no hidden fees or penalties for cancellation; the subscription will simply not renew from the following month. simply let us know, and its done.

No catch. This way of working reflects how most of our collaborations progress into long-term partnerships, so it only feels natural to offer it as a service from the get-go. You can submit unlimited requests for any of our services. We will then discuss the priorities with you and start working on these tasks in the agreed order as long as you are subscribed to one of the packages.
How do you define your monthly pricing?
We define our monthly pricing by carefully assessing the scope of work, the level of involvement required, and the specific needs of the client. This approach ensures that the pricing is fair, reflects the value of the services provided, and is tailored to the client’s unique Requirements. The aim is to create a balanced relationship where both parties benefit from a customized, flexible agreement.
